Traveller from London stayed in August,2007

The room was substandard for the cost. The hydropool used in the picture is not included in the price of the stay, that was an extra £20 per day! The wardrobes and bathroom were very shabby, our view was appalling, the ceiling was awful and the fixtures in the cramped bathroom were wonky, there was an arrow sticker above the loo telling you which way to flush, horrendously bad. Sheraton is for the frequent business traveller a corporate rip off, please dont waste your money if you want a nice place to stay.
Top Tip
To compare we stayed in a hotel on George street which was GBP100 less per night, the service was better, the room was 100 times better, just stunning and the location was very good.

Hotel was excellent - rooms were exceptional. Rooftop spa was very relaxing. Would definately recommend this hotel to other travellers.
Will definately go back and use this hotel/spa.
Top Tip
Bar Italia was very nice - located just up from the hotel on Lothian Road.
If you are going round the pubs/clubs - Tiger Lily on George Street is very good.
