Traveller from Neston stayed in December,2007

For a 4* hotel I was dissapointed with the lesiure facilities, especially the pool as there was mould on the walls and repairs where being done but they were not concealed. Hotel generally very nice but expensive for drinks.

Top Tip:
Go and see the palace and the castle they are fantastic. The Scottish Parliament building is nice and free to go in. Take the tour bus on your first day to get your bearing of the city, but be aware that they say you have a 24 hour ticket to hop on and hop off, but in reality you only can use it from 10am to 4pm daily when the buses run(in the winter)so not quite 24 hours!!. Lovely city with lots to do for a couple of days.
