Traveller from Newton Aycliffe stayed in May,2010

Stayed here for one night Mon 1st June 2010. Booked and paid on line £50 which raised a query at check in but quickly sorted. Gave us a really odd room No 42 with bathroom accessed through a communal area, bit like student bed sit. We werent happy and were moved without any fuss to No 21 in the main building(could be a problem if they are full) which was so much nicer, clean and fresh fantastic comfortable beds, good shower, hairdryer, tea making, and TV (no sat channels or freeview just 1 to 5) Some traffic noise throughout the night but it is an older style a city centre hotel so hey! Reception staff were great, very patient, friendly, and helpful. You do have to pay for Parking in the street or near by NCP We would def stay here again.

Top Tip:
Don’t seem to have any restaurant but walk down to Ryans Bar just down Princess Street for a cracking good meal, some good Beer and a great atmosphere friendly staff.
